I have catered parties of 25 to 400 people. All meats come from my Smoker, not a Grill and not a stove. What is a Smoker? A Smoker operates at 220 to 240 degrees but a Grill operates at temperatures of 400+ degrees. Meats prepared in the Smoker require low temperatures and take much longer. The end results.....MmmmmMmm some mighty scrumptious food. The flavor comes from the application of a dry rub and many hours in the Smoker. Low and Slow .... that’s sssSmoking !!!! All side dishes are freshly made for you from old fashioned 'Home-Made' recipes.
